We package all gifts with great care and do our best to ship them to you in a perfect condition, as fast as we can, so that they arrive (if we’re lucky!) before you even expect them.
It’s extremely important to us that you are always happy with your purchases so if there’s even the hint of a problem or a query with something you’ve ordered, our customer services team will always try and go above and beyond to sort everything out.
We have yet to come across a problem we haven’t been able to solve.
It is our aim to answer all customer queries within 24 hours. Though we have a break on weekends and Public Holidays, it’s not unheard of that we contact a concerned customer on a Sunday evening just to keep them in the loop.
